We all fall behind in getting out information to our customers. We"d all like to just do the work we"re best at —the work that"s named on our sign or our business card. Bringing in customers, informing them of our abilities, old and new, letting them know of new services and special deals, making them feel appreciated — that work is awkward for us.
And yet, that improves our standing in the customer"s mind, both with established and prospective customers. It improves our rank among competitors, gets the word out about new opportunities. It emphasizes a customer"s value to us, and maybe gets our name passed on to the customer"s friends.
